Job description
As a Power Platform Developer, you will contribute to the development, configuration, and evolution of enterprise solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to support MSC's global digital strategy. You will be involved in building scalable applications, automations, and integrations while ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to enterprise best practices., * Develop and maintain solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).
- Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate and integrations with enterprise systems through APIs, custom connectors, and Data Gateway.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for solution deployment and versioning.
- Ensure code quality, application performance, and compliance with platform governance and security policies.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring activities for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the adoption and integration of Power BI and AI Builder within Power Platform solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (or 4+ years overall in enterprise software development).
- Proven experience developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows.
- Good knowledge of Dataverse, security roles, and Microsoft Entra ID integration.
- Experience working with REST APIs, custom connectors, and external system integrations.
- Familiarity with ALM practices, managed/unmanaged solutions, and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of Power BI and AI Builder is considered a plus.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (Associate level or equivalent) are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams.
- Passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Work effectively within a dynamic international environment, collaborating with internal and external teams.

Benefits & conditions
Gross Annual Salary (RAL): between €26.843,44 and € 33.058,74 gross per year, paid over 13 monthly installments. The position within the salary range and the corresponding job classification level (C2, C3, B1 or B2 under the applicable CCNL) will be determined based on the candidate's professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
