Job description
You will work alongside experienced professionals to design, develop, and implement scalable digital solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement., * Support the design and development of applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC)
- Assist in configuring workflows, business rules, case management, and decisioning solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, and QA) to understand requirements
- Participate in testing, debugging, and maintaining Pega applications
- Contribute to documentation, technical design, and best practices
- Learn and apply Pega frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps)

Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as a Pega Developer . This is an exciting opportunity for candidates eager to start their career in low-code development and business process management (BPM), gaining hands-on experience with the Pega platform ., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (Java is a plus)
- Interest in low-code platforms, BPM, and digital transformation technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and obtain Pega certifications (e.g., CSA - Certified System Architect)
- Proficency level of English & Spanish
- Valladolid-based or willing to relocate
Nice to Have
- Exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Academic or internship experience in software development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
