The IT Projects Director is an executive leader responsible for the overall delivery of ICT and Digital build activities across the organization, including infrastructure, tools, and business solutions.

The role oversees multiple departments with enterprise-wide accountability for IT Project Management, Digital Project Management, application development (ProDev), Low-Code and digital initiatives.

The IT Projects Director contributes to the definition of the company's IT and Digital strategy and reports to the Group IT&S Director. The role is a member of key governance bodies such as the IT&S Leadership Team, IT&S Investment Committee, and Steering Committees, with regular interactions at CxO level. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a large, multi-disciplinary organization (40+ headcount), including managers, across multiple geographies

Manage IT and Digital project budgets, including investment decisions and contributions to the 3-year plan

Define and ensure adoption of standards, methodologies, and tools (project management and development frameworks)

Oversee the framing, prioritization, and delivery of digital and IT solutions

Manage the IT and Digital solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Drive governance and delivery of Low-Code and ProDev development activities

Lead digital and data-driven initiatives (including AI-related topics)

Establish and coordinate internal governance bodies and communities (Low-Code, Digital Solutions Portfolio)

Partner with executive leadership to define and deliver digital solutions that create business value

Maintain strong alignment with peer functions (IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, Cybersecurity) to ensure consistency and efficiency

Support executive reporting for the IT&s Director (Executive and Operations Committees, Supervisory Board, Audit & Finance Committee)
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is a plus Experience

10+ years of professional experience, ideally in IT management roles

10+ years of people management experience in complex environments

Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams at scale

Strong experience in complex IT transformations and enterprise-wide solutions delivery

Experience in designing and monitoring strategic KPIs and performance frameworks
