Job description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
  • Be a productive member of the team., * Strong expertise in end-to-end MES solution design, workflow configuration, system integration, and manufacturing process optimization while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Siemens Opcenter Core/MDD models, workflows, routes, and Portal Studio user interfaces.
  • Translate business and manufacturing requirements into scalable MES solutions and technical designs.
  • Design and optimize manufacturing workflows, process models, and shop-floor execution systems across enterprise environments.
  • Architect and implement seamless integrations between Siemens Opcenter and enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, PLM, SCADA, OPC, CIO, and IoT platforms.
  • Support real-time data exchange and interoperability between IT and OT systems.
  • Design and maintain integration frameworks, APIs, and data synchronization processes.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory, and quality standards through implementation of: Electronic Batch Records (eBR), Electronic Device History Records (eDHR), Traceability and genealogy solutions
  • Support validation and compliance activities in regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MES developers and junior engineers.
  • Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance processes using tools such as Git and JIRA.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex MES issues and solution challenges.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives using ISA-95 standards, SPC analytics, genealogy, and traceability frameworks.
  • Optimize manufacturing execution processes for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across production and operational workflows.
  • Core MES Platforms: Siemens Opcenter Execution Process / MedDevice / Electronics (formerly Camstar)
  • Configuration & Development: Designer, Portal Studio, Camstar Interoperability (CIO), .NET APIs, WCF Services
  • Databases & Infrastructure: MS SQL Server, Oracle Database
  • Database performance tuning and optimization
  • Strong understanding of ISA-95 manufacturing standards and MES best practices.
  • Experience working in Electronics, Semiconductor, or Medical Device manufacturing industries.
  • Expertise in enterprise MES implementations and multi-site deployments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.

Requirements

  • Seasoned MES Solution Architect with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter Execution (formerly Camstar).
  • Serve as the technical authority for designing, modeling, and deploying enterprise-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions across multi-site manufacturing environments, particularly within regulated industries such as Electronics, Semiconductor, and Medical Devices.
