What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain custom-built applications, contributing to bi-weekly release cycles.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to help elevate the whole team.
- Refactor and optimize existing code to enhance performance and reduce technical debt.
- Solve daily challenges, balancing short-term fixes with sustainable long-term solutions.
- Translate user stories into clear development tasks and write comprehensive unit tests.
- Proactively propose improvements to architecture and system design, collaborating with the IT Manager or Team Lead.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience as a Full Stack or Back-End Developer.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS, C#, SQL, Blazor and .NET Core/.NET 10.
- Experienced with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Microservices, Kubernetes, and preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You thrive in an Agile environment.
- You're communicative, analytical, and well-organized - a true team player.
Benefits & conditions
- Salary € 4.500 - € 5.200 gross per month (full-time, depending on experience and education).
- 28 vacation days + 8.5% holiday allowance.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to €180/month) or full public transport reimbursement.
- One week per year working abroad.
