This is an 18-month secondment/fixed term opportunity.

You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the o9 project for a specific Business Unit for all the functions. You will be collaborating with leaders and colleagues at all levels within the BU and the regional project team. How you will contribute

You will:

  • Act as the change partner to the BU Implementation Lead- bringing insights on required change activities andleveragingtheir connections to drive stakeholder engagement, awareness, and adoption.

  • Localize and lead the execution of change management plansaligned with global and regional S4/o9 plans and organizational goals.

  • Assess change impacts across all functionsand define mitigation measures such astrainingsand communication for a smooth change.

  • Lead system,processand mindset changeswith the BU implementation team, with KPIs defined and tracked to measure success and adoption.

  • Build change capabilityin teams through coaching and partnership.

  • Own accountability for end user trainingwithin the BU - ensuring people are invited, trained, tracking attendance and completion, and monitoring effectiveness.

  • Own the upskilling journey of Key Users and Championsas their primary point of contact - calling upon Functional Change Leads for content support when needed. Organize & co-hosttrainingsand assess readiness.

  • Define the stakeholder landscape within the BU, cluster, and markets.Identify, onboard, and launch Change Champions and Key Users based on defined criteria. Build strong relationships and deliver impactful presentations.

  • Ensure end-to-end cross-functional coordinationbyconsolidatingfunctional inputs into one coherent, role-based view of change - ensuring impacted roles receive one consistent message regardless of how many workstreams affect them.   • The S4/o9 project is a multi-year, global program to transform business capabilities via SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation. What you need to know about this position:

  • This role sits in the MEU S4/o9 Change Management structure and will work closely with yourregional andfunctional S4/O9 team.

Requirements

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Experience managing change initiatives; specifically, experience of complex MEU / Global projects with cross functional collaboration.
  • Experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels in the organization.
  • Knowledge,experienceand exposure to best practices inchangemanagement principles and experience of managing andparticipatingin large-scale business change initiatives.
  • Training/instructional experience via managing delivery of training programs.
  • A passion forchange,can drive big-picture thinking and notafraidto roll up your sleeves (e.g., a hands-on approach and a willingness to work both strategically and tactically).
  • Experience in WOW and politics in the BU and an understanding of IBP, * High learning agility and motivation to further deepen understandingofWoW andbehaviorsto drive change.
  • Robust organizational and problem-solving skills, an ability to analyze data to assesschangeand an ability tofacilitatediscussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, pivot quickly, andmaintaina positive attitude under pressure.

Education / Certifications:

  • Relevant functional qualification and / or experience.

  • Change Management Accreditationa significantadvantage. Job specific requirements:

  • Transformation and/orChange Management Experience

  • Proven track record in working cross functionally across the business / in projects

  • Strong network within the company and understanding of MEU and BU WoW.
