Solution Architecture & Design

Provide technical leadership on large-scale transformation projects, ensuring best practices are followed.

Define and implement end-to-end architecture ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Promote architectural patterns and APIs to enable seamless data exchange across systems.

Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, security, and compliance across business applications.

Provide technical leadership and governance for low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with enterprise systems.

Engage with stakeholders and clients to present solution designs, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical demonstrations during the RFP process ensuring proposed solutions align with architectural principles, business needs, and industry best practices.

Technology & Digital Transformation Leadership

Drive the modernisation of core platforms focussing on cloud-based solutions

Lead the adoption of automation, AI, and analytics in enterprise applications to improve efficiency.

Support architectural governance forums specific to solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and driving strategic architectural decisions for complex solutions.

Collaborate with data and security architects to enable a data-driven and secure enterprise.

Collaborate with business teams to identify automation and workflow opportunities, driving digital transformation through low-code solutions.

Stay updated with emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the digital strategy.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.

Drive innovation by exploring and integrating emerging technologies to enhance the digital capabilities and competitive edge.

Champion a customer-centric approach by designing solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement, leveraging data analytics and AI to personalise interactions and services.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment

Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, procurement, and operations.

Act as a trusted advisor to digital and business management on enterprise technology strategy.

Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making complex information accessible., Bachelor or Master's degree.

10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with expertise in HRIS, ERP, CRM, and Shared Services.

Hands-on experience with major HRIS and CRM platforms.

Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture tools like ARIS, LeanIX, or BizzDesign.

Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs and integration patterns.

Experience in business process optimisation, automation, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.

Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

TOGAF, Zachman, or SAFe certification for enterprise architecture.

Experience with artificial intelligence and analytics tools.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance in enterprise applications.
