Remote Cyber Security Engineer

*Remote working with two trips a month to the offices in either Birmingham or London *Taking ownership of escalated issues from clients and stakeholders, while working closely with the IT Network & Security Lead. *Contributing to deployment of Cybersecurity related projects *Conducting Cybersecurity related health checks *Responding to Cybersecurity related alerts & incidents

This role would suit an experienced IT System Engineer with information security skills. You will take ownership of escalated issues from clients and stakeholders working closely with the Network & Security Lead. This is a hands on, client facing role and would suit someone with a passion for Information Technology and the desire to develop their skills.

The ideal candidate will be a Cyber Security Engineer with technical skills in connectivity, routers, security, endpoint operating systems, virtualisation technologies, BDR, vulnerability protection and cloud SaaS solutions., *Experience working in a similar Cyber Security Engineering role in house, or an MSP *Technical skills in connectivity, routers, security, endpoint operating systems, virtualisation technologies, BDR, vulnerability protection and cloud SaaS solutions *Information security project experience *Google Workspace & MS365 security administration experience *Cybersecurity qualifications
