As part of our collaborative PeopleSoft team, you'll maintain and enhance a wide range of HCM modules, support system integrations, and contribute to sustainable improvements that make a real impact.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with hands-on development experience, strong knowledge of best practices, and familiarity with business functions like Human Resources and Payroll., * A minimum of seven (7) years of experience performing advanced systems analysis and design work in support of highly complex application systems that involves multiple sub-systems, programs, files, databases, and users
- At least 5 years of experience programming and troubleshooting using most of these Oracle PeopleSoft technical tools: Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, BI Publisher, COBOL, etc.
- Experience with all phases of application software development, including administration, setup, and troubleshooting
- Experience developing new reports, data interfaces, bolt-on applications to meet business or technical requirements, including reports and interfaces between PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Finance systems, third-party providers, and cloud providers.
- Experience developing and documenting technical and business requirements and processes, this may also include training users
- Experience handling confidential, time sensitive information
- Experience providing internal customer service through troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving production problems of the PeopleSoft Human Capital and Finance environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of database management principles and techniques.
- Knowledge and experience using SQL data languages (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle) utilizing the appropriate software tools and techniques for analysis, debugging, and programming
- Ability to work early and late hours to meet time lines, provide off-hour upgrade and maintenance, available for periodic on-call, and respond to emergency situations, These are preferred but not required qualifications. No experience in any or all of the following will not necessarily disqualify you from consideration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with FIT/GAP analysis using Project Management tools and processes
- Experience coordinating the work of a project team composed of staff, vendors, and/or users; managing, reporting progress and completing projects and time and within budget
- Experience with the PeopleSoft System Architecture and Administration, including system performance troubleshooting
- Experience executing PeopleSoft Upgrades
- Experience with JSON, RESTFul web services or other integration tools (ETL) methods
- Experience with other programming languages, like Java
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- Ability to learn new technology and reporting tools, utilize the training, and be comfortable assuming development tasks upon training
- Knowledge of Oracle's PeopleSoft Selective Adoption and experience using the PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager
