Job description
- Handle application support and maintenance, including all production support activities.
- Monitor incidents, assign tasks, and resolve issues.
- Monitor batch processes and manage defects.
- Provide support metrics and reporting.
- Coordinate and triage with business and IT stakeholders, including offshore and nearshore teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts and extend support for weekend production deployments.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
- 1+ years of experience with DB2.
- 1+ years of experience with VSAM.
- 1+ years of experience with CICS.
