Job description
The IT Quality Assurance Lead partners closely with development and project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role is responsible for leading QA efforts across large projects, managing testing processes, and supporting continuous improvement within the software development lifecycle (SDLC)., * Partner with development teams to prioritize and resolve QA defects
- Support defect reporting, tracking, and resolution for large-scale projects
- Manage day-to-day activities of contract and external QA testers
- Assist with QA capacity planning and goal setting for the QA function
- Develop and maintain a QA automation roadmap in collaboration with testers
- Integrate QA processes into the overall SDLC
- Provide effort estimates for QA activities during intake and key project checkpoints
- Mentor QA Analysts on test plans, test cases, scripts, and QA standards
- Establish and maintain manual and automated test case repositories
- Participate in requirements, design, and system reviews as a subject matter expert
- Provide input to support the creation of effective testing materials
Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field + 2 years of relevant experience OR

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field + 5 years of relevant experience, * Software test design and testing methodologies

Benefits & conditions
- Salary Range: $123,000 - $128,000 annually, * Primary Location: 1 ABC Parkway, Beloit, WI 53511
- 100% remote (telecommuting) role
- Reports to company headquarters in Beloit, WI
