Job description
- We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web, mobile, and API applications.
- The ideal candidate will have strong automation experience and a passion for delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment., * Design and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts.
- Develop and execute automated tests for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Conduct API testing and validation using automation tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze test results and provide quality and release readiness reports.
- Continuously improve test automation coverage and testing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing best practices.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
