They are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to play a key role in a major digital transformation initiative. Here s what you ll be doing:
- Lead the design and execution of customer-focused UX strategies that improve digital experiences across web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights that inform product direction and design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, task flows, prototypes, and interactive experiences that address customer needs and business objectives.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions.
- Evaluate existing user experiences, identify improvement opportunities, and present design recommendations backed by research and best practices., * Help shape the future of digital experiences within a highly impactful financial services organization.
- Contribute to large-scale modernization efforts across lending, leasing, and cash management platforms.
- Join a collaborative product team that values innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Work alongside talented professionals in UX, Product Management, Engineering, and Research.

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, product design, or related disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience creating, scaling, and maintaining comprehensive design systems.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Experience working within Agile and/or SAFe development environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or a related field., * Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro and FigJam.
- Experience using user research and project management platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies.
- Exposure to JavaScript and React-based development environments., * UX-focused product work
