Job description
This role sits at the intersection of client services and technical integration. You will manage end-to-end onboarding of exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional clients onto the Talos platform, ensuring seamless connectivity and successful deployment of our trading infrastructure. This is not a production support role. It is an implementation-focused position requiring structured project execution, technical fluency, and proactive client leadership., * Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties, from kickoff through successful production deployment.
- Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.
- Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Configure and validate client environments across Talos' modular trading and portfolio systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices., Agencies, search firms, recruitment firms and similar organizations ("Agencies") must obtain advance written approval from Talos's internal recruiting team to submit resumes, AND must sign a valid fully executed placement agreement with Talos in order to be eligible to receive any Fees from Talos. Talos will not pay a Fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place. By submitting a resume without a signed agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Requirements
Communication skills Fabric, * 3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology.
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead stakeholders through structured implementation processes.
- Experience working with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of SQL and command line environments.
- Familiarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting (Python preferred).
- Exposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
