Job description

We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide essential technical assistance for our organization's hardware and network infrastructure. This role involves direct interaction with users to resolve technical issues, ensuring operational stability and efficiency in a high-availability environment. The position requires a proficient troubleshooter with experience across multiple operating systems and networking principles., * Provide in-person hardware support for laptops, including Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Audio/Visual (AV) equipment issues.
  • Perform PC repair, deployment, and liquidation tasks as required.
  • Address and resolve issues in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
  • Deliver IT support for client, server, and network services.

Requirements

Technical Skills: Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, SSL, the OSI Model, and TCP/IP. Experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, and hardware deployment is required.

Experience: Experience with direct, in-person customer support is necessary for this role.
