Job description

Con Edison is seeking an AI Automation Delivery Lead to drive AI and automation initiatives from concept through production deployment. This role combines Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Agile Delivery, and Scrum leadership responsibilities while working closely with business stakeholders, AI engineers, developers, and QA teams. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile delivery experience and prior exposure to AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Generative AI projects.

Requirements

  • Strong Business Analysis experience
  • Agile / Scrum delivery experience
  • Product Owner or Product Management experience
  • User Story creation and Acceptance Criteria development
  • Backlog Management and Prioritization
  • Sprint Planning and Agile Ceremonies facilitation
  • UAT coordination and testing support
  • Azure DevOps experience
  • Process Mapping and Workflow Documentation
  • Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Team Leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or GenAI initiatives
  • Exposure to Generative AI solutions and AI-driven business processes
  • Scrum Master certification or Agile certifications
  • Experience measuring project adoption, ROI, and business outcomes
  • Utility industry experience
