Job description
CSCI is looking for an innovative SharePoint Developer to support a variety of cutting-edge projects and help drive impactful initiatives for a government agency's CFO organization in a dynamic DoW joint command environment. As a key player in our team, you'll deliver services and solutions for clients using Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations., * Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive and Power BI
- Design SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries to support structured data entry and document management
- Understanding of knowledge management principles and content lifecycle management
- Configure and manage permissions, governance structures, and security best practices across SharePoint environments
- Support document-centric workflows by combining SharePoint Libraries with Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and lifecycle tracking
Requirements
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Federal or DoW Security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience with SharePoint to show off your tech skills
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence
Preferred Skills
- Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI
- HTML/Coding Experience to take your development expertise even further
- Strong Analytical Skills to turn complex data into clear insights
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies
- Motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value
- Past experience working with a Federal agency
- Department of War experience is a plus!
