With a mix of in-office and remote teams across the U.S., it continues to expand as a trusted partner to organizations in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, and post-acute care., * Architect and build complex software solutions using PHP/Laravel, MySQL, AWS, and Kubernetes
- Own the full SDLC: requirements architecture implementation testing deployment maintenance
- Drive DevOps practices: CI/CD automation, IaC via Terraform, observability, AWS deployment (EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3)
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Codex, Cursor) into engineering workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Security
- Own engineering KPIs: delivery velocity, code quality, security, uptime
- Lead sprint planning and delivery tracking
- Champion secure coding practices and threat-aware deployment pipelines
Requirements
- 5+ years full-stack engineering experience, with hands-on Laravel development
- Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript expertise
- Deep cloud experience: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD
- REST/SOAP API and SFTP integration experience
- Familiarity with OIDC/SAML auth standards
- Advanced raw SQL skills (joins, aggregates, subqueries, indexing, query tuning) - beyond ORM/Eloquent
- Agile delivery experience at scale
- Strong remote collaboration skills
- AWS/Kubernetes/security certifications a plus (Solutions Architect, CKA, CISSP)
Benefits & conditions
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year, * Remote schedule.
