Job description
- Create and lead obsolescence management process for F-15 USAF Training systems program
- Provide technical guidance to technicians and engineering where needed to troubleshoot complex issues
- Coordinate efforts between multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., software, hardware, mission assurance, etc.)
- Provides oversight to the asset manager responsible for managing the database of program assets to ensure system compliance of proper configurations stocked in inventory
- Responsible for writing CDRLs pertaining to obsolescence management to fulfill prime contract requirements
- Manages technical manuals for existing training devices deployed in the field to proper configuration levels
- Coordinate the update of technical operations manuals in alignment with prime contact delivery needs
- Assist in troubleshooting of training devices
- Support formal testing and installation events as needed
- Works directly with program engineering to resolve cross-functional technical issues
- Buildup, integration and test of training devices for final delivery at customer's site
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active). Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Systems engineering experience to include but not limited to system integration
- Experience with one (or more) of the following: Hardware/Software Integration, File Servers, Computational Systems, Networking Systems, Visual Systems, Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux) and Scripting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Leadership experience to include but not limited to engineering leadership roles and/or leading work and driving teams to success
- Operating System Installation
- Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) definition and Setup
- Network Switch Configuration and Domain Setup
- Product Security and/or Cybersecurity compliance experience, Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Summary Pay Range: $136,850- $185,150
