A core Java development lead is responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Java-based software applications. They work with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met., Provide technical leadership to the team on day-to-day basis throughout the project lifecycle and resolve technical challenges. Co-ordinate with Business owner to understand business requirements and break-down into user stories. Understand the system dependencies involved. Provide relevant inputs to the business to determine the Feature priorities. Assist in Architecting solutions and prepare designs in an incremental fashion.
