Job description

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade AI agent solutions using existing LLM platforms without building foundational models.
  • Build scalable workflows for document ingestion, RAG, tool integration, and output validation.
  • Develop production-ready Python services and APIs embedded in engineering and product delivery workflows.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution design and delivery.
  • Define measurable outcomes, including efficiency gains, cost reduction, and adoption metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into pragmatic AI solutions.

Requirements

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI agent design, LLM integration, Python engineering, Teradata, and cloud-native architectures and a proven ability to deliver production-grade agentic workflows that automate document ingestion, orchestrate tasks, and improve operational efficiency across risk, finance, and governance., * 5-8+ years in software engineering, AI solution engineering, or applied data workflows.

  • Proven experience building AI agents or agentic workflows with existing LLMs, including task orchestration, tool use, memory, and workflow chaining.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling such as GitHub Copilot or Copilot Studio.
  • Strong understanding of RAG patterns, document ingestion, and unstructured data processing.
  • Experience designing end-to-end AI workflows, including prompting, retrieval, tool integration, and output validation.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering, grounding, and guardrails for reliability and control.
  • Strong Python engineering skills and experience delivering production-grade services and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and enterprise integration.
  • Ability to define and measure outcomes and adoption metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and translation of business needs into AI solutions.
  • Proficiency with Teradata and Python.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing multi-agent or orchestrated agent systems for enterprise workflows.
  • Experience building interactive copilots or embedded AI assistants within engineering or operational tools.
  • Familiarity with agent evaluation, human-in-the-loop validation, and iterative improvement loops.
  • Experience applying AI to workflow automation and service delivery transformation.
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and enterprise risk considerations.
  • Track record of driving AI adoption in product-centric, outcome-driven environments.
