HOW A DATA ANALYST PRINCIPAL WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Leads data insights projects and team members in delivery to schedule and scope objectives.
- Collects and analyzes large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Designs, builds and maintains dashboards and reports for all levels of the organization, including executives and staff.
- Presents insights to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders, assisting in making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Contributes to a variety of complex data-related projects, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and analytics.
- Mentors and guides junior data analysts and engineers.
- Leverages large sets of structured and unstructured data to develop tools and techniques for robust data analysis.
- Collaborates with different teams to understand their data needs and create solutions that solve problems and streamline workflows.
- Continually evaluate emerging technologies and stay updated on modern data architecture and analyses trends to implement in future projects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Statistical significance testing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * BA/BS (or equivalent years of experience)
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant experience, * Experienced in consulting and supporting executives and senior leadership.
- Expert-level experience in dashboard design, data visualization, and with Tableau and Power BI.
- Experienced with Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Strong Excel background; familiarity with other Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Agile methodology and practices
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool(s)
- Experience with Python and R
- Skilled in implementing advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.)
- Experienced in implementing some machine learning techniques (may include supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing, ensemble methods, dimensionality reduction)
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch), libraries (like scikit-learn), and computing platforms (like Jupyter).
- Experience consulting with internal and external customers to understand business needs and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including business leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate insights with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time.
- Ability to work independently and as a team lead.
- Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs.

Salary and Benefit Information The likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
