Job description
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code to support UAT and PROD validation requirements.
- Support the quality engineering function through test automation, execution, and results analysis.
- Operate within CI/CD pipelines using standard IDEs and tooling to enable consistent delivery.
- Perform technical requirements and use case analysis to define testing and automation objectives.
- Create, execute, and maintain IaC test code, validate outcomes, and document defects.
- Administer and configure Linux and Windows servers and related infrastructure components.
Requirements
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DevOps, quality engineering, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code and a proven ability to design, implement, and validate cloud infrastructure and automation across UAT and PROD., * QA automation experience, including test design, development, and execution.
- Experience with one or more: Node.js, TypeScript, REST API development.
- Hands-on with HashiCorp Terraform and Vault; familiarity with Kafka, key-value stores, and service mesh/middleware.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux (RHEL) operating systems.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies using Git with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Version control expertise with Git or Bitbucket.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Scripting for automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or ALM Octane.
- Understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and related DevOps services.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with effective communication in team settings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and familiarity with Jira.
- Experience with service validation and testing in enterprise environments.
