TELECOMMUTE Database Developer (SQL) / Project Lead

• 3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server (2016+), including advanced T-SQL development, stored procedures, query optimization.
• Strong background in ETL development, data warehousing, relational databases, report development, and data integration using SSIS.
• Experience working with XML, HL7 v2.x (including ORU messages), and healthcare data standards, along with knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, PII.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale datasets (1TB+), requirements gathering, and technical documentation.
