IT Infrastructure Service Manager

• Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb & Weiterentwicklung der Solutions sowie Steuerung der Kundenaufträge im Infrastruktur Umfeld
• Verantwortung für Server-, Netzwerk- & Hosting Services für mehrere Kunden
• Betreuung von Clientmanagement, Collaboration Services sowie IT Security
• Übernahme der kaufmännischen Gesamtverantwortung der Solution, inkl. Budget- & Ergebnisverantwortung
• Sicherstellung von Datenschutz, Security & Compliance innerhalb der Solution
• Führung & Koordination virtueller Teams aus technischen Spezialist:innen
• Erstellung & laufende Weiterentwicklung kundenspezifischer Infrastruktur Roadmaps
• Rolle als interne:r Auftraggeber:in für Projekte & Betrieb sowie vertragliche Ansprechperson beim Kunden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Operations bei Umsetzung & Betrieb

• Abgeschlossene technische / wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder mehrjährige Erfahrung (ca. 5+ Jahre) im IT Service-, Produkt- oder Projektmanagement mit Infrastruktur Fokus
• Gutes Verständnis von Datacenter- und Infrastruktur Umgebungen, inkl. Server, Netzwerk, Workplace & Collaboration
• Erfahrung in der Führung virtueller Teams
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte & eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Service- & Kundenorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Neben diesen unterschiedlichen Benefits & Goodies erwartet dich ein Bruttojahresgehalt ab EUR 70.000,- sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Lass uns gerne darüber sprechen!
