Job description
- Own hands-on Salesforce configuration and automation (Flows, validation rules, fields, layouts, permissions) to keep GTM teams moving fast and safely.
- Troubleshoot issues end-to-end, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes (not just workarounds).
- Improve documentation and change management so critical workflows are understandable, maintainable, and auditable.
GTM process design (Lead Opportunity Quote/CPQ) & operational scale
- Build and improve workflows across lead routing, opportunity management, CPQ-adjacent processes, approvals, and forecasting hygiene.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, then ship pragmatic solutions with the right guardrails.
- Balance speed and quality: deliver quick wins while steadily improving system architecture and reducing complexity., * Support Partner Operations and Customer Success Operations with scalable Salesforce workflows (partner deal motions, lifecycle handoffs, operational reporting).
- Run structured intake and prioritization for Salesforce requests-setting expectations, communicating trade-offs, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Improve data quality and operational visibility through better schema design, governance, and reporting foundations., * Strong hands-on Salesforce experience: You've owned configuration and automation work directly (not just managed it)., * Partner / CS Ops experience: You've built workflows supporting partner motions, renewals/expansion processes, or post-sales operations.
- Integrations & tooling: You've worked with integrations and adjacent GTM tools (and understand data sync patterns and failure modes).
- Reporting & data governance: You've improved data quality and reporting foundations (definitions, fields, governance) in a scaling org.
- AI-assisted systems building: You're curious about using AI/automation to move faster and improve quality (agentic workflows, CLI tooling, or similar).

Requirements
Do you have experience in System architecture?, * Revenue systems mindset: You understand GTM workflows and how CRM design impacts pipeline execution (routing, opportunity hygiene, quoting/CPQ, handoffs).
- Debugging + systems thinking: You can diagnose ambiguous problems, reason about edge cases, and design scalable solutions with clear trade-offs.
- Stakeholder management: You translate messy asks into clear requirements, communicate timelines, and build trust with Sales/RevOps/Partner/CS stakeholders.
- Documentation discipline: You leave behind clean documentation and you build in a way that reduces single points of failure.
