As an AI Engineer, you'll join a forward-thinking Foodtech company focused on transforming the future of food production through technology. You'll develop intelligent solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve product quality, and support sustainability initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations., * Develop and implement AI/ML models for Foodtech applications including demand forecasting, quality control, predictive maintenance, supply chain optimisation, anomaly detection, and process automation

• Create efficient preprocessing and feature engineering workflows for complex datasets such as production, IoT, sensor, operational, and time-series data
• Build intelligent systems that improve food safety, product consistency, inventory management, and manufacturing efficiency
• Deploy and maintain AI applications across cloud and edge computing environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP

2 years experience English, * 2-8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

• Strong Python development skills
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML systems in production environments
• Understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT processes, streaming architectures, and IoT or sensor-based data pipelines
• Experience working with time-series data, forecasting models, optimisation algorithms, or industrial AI applications is highly advantageous
• Exposure to Foodtech, Agritech, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or sustainability-focused technologies is considered a strong plus
