Job description
In this role, you will help shape the digital customer journey for Freight by driving impactful solutions from concept to rollout:
- Support the execution of the Freight Digital Customer Interaction roadmap, delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions
- Drive end-to-end product development for digital applications - from business requirements and UX/UI design to sprint planning, testing, and release
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align priorities and ensure customer and business needs are fully reflected
- Apply user-centered design methodologies, validating concepts with customers before development
- Leverage analytics and data insights to understand customer behavior and continuously improve digital solutions
- Analyze Freight services and customer journeys to identify opportunities that increase efficiency and customer loyalty
- Plan and manage solution rollouts across countries, including post-launch monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in IT, business, engineering, human-computer interaction, or a comparable field
- 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding (road freight a plus)
- Strong expertise in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Power BI; DePict or similar is a plus)
- Solid experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
- Deep understanding of UX/UI, CX, and digital experience design, with knowledge of online marketing (e.g. SEO)
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
