Job description
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys. - Ensure seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. - Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Improve website accessibility, usability, and customer engagement. Website Development - Understanding of how to build, maintain, and optimize websites primarily on WordPress. - Implement responsive, mobile-first designs. - Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and page builders such as Elementor. - Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal website functionality. - Integrate forms, CRM systems, tracking tools, and third-party applications. SEO & Performance Optimization - Understanding of how to implement on-page SEO best practices, including site structure, internal linking, metadata, schema markup etc. - Understanding of how to conduct SEO audits and recommend improvements. - Understanding of how to optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and website performance. - Collaborate with SEO, content and marketing teams to improve organic search visibility. - Monitor rankings, traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates. - Design and test landing pages, calls-to-action, lead forms, and customer journeys. - Use analytics tools to evaluate website effectiveness and implement improvements. - Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven enhancements. Marketing & Brand Strategy - Understand customer psychology and buyer journeys. - Translate marketing objectives into effective website experiences. - Collaborate with management, content creators, SEO specialists, and advertising teams. - Contribute ideas for lead generation, content marketing, and digital growth initiatives. - Ensure all websites effectively communicate our premium positioning and unique value proposition. Requirements
Digital Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience, Proven experience designing and developing modern websites. - Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, UX/UI, and conversion-focused projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Experience with WordPress and modern page builders (Elementor preferred). - Understanding of responsive design principles and UX best practices. - Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO. - Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Strong English communication skills. Preferred - Experience in healthcare, wellness, luxury hospitality, premium services, or recovery-related industries. - Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Experience with AI-assisted design and content tools. - Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and website automation. - Experience with Canva, video editing tools, or motion graphics. - Understanding of branding and luxury consumer behavior.
