ICT Compliance Specialist

• Develop risk coverage plans and carry out controls, tests and independent risk assessments, particularly for risks related to information systems.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of application controls subject to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, as well as the security of underlying systems (access, change management and IT operations).
• Review and evaluate new applications deployed within the framework of Sarbanes-Oxley or the ISAE 3402 standard.
• Implement access management frameworks and propose areas for improvement.
• Develop procedures and define actions for new SOX tools (Salesforce, Coupa, Sigma), in line with the internal control rules set by the Group.
• Support the management of external and internal audits: conduct interviews, analyse and address requests.
• Report findings and recommendations to the CIO.

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in a corporate environment, with a good understanding of business processes.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of curiosity, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and dynamic approach.
• Solution-oriented mindset, with strong determination and the ability to address complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
