Job description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven D2C Digital CRM Specialist to support the growth of our online business.This position is a digital e-commerce role focused on revenue growth, customer retention, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of our D2C activities while progressively taking ownership of CRM, retention marketing, website optimization, and customer lifecycle initiatives.The role will work closely with both the Marketing Director and the D2C E-commerce Manager to ensure alignment between e-commerce initiatives, customer retention strategies, and commercial objectives.The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce and CRM within a Direct-to-Consumer environment and is passionate about digital business growth., CRM & Digital Retention
· Manage and create email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
· Build and optimize customer journeys and automations within Klaviyo.
· Optimize and develop the loyalty program within Loyolty Platform.
· Coordinate and create App platform campaigns.
· Execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
· Support Go-To-Market initiatives for new product introductions.
· Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.· Coordinate affiliate marketing activities.
· Analyze customer behavior and identify retention opportunities.· Support customer segmentation and lifecycle e-commerce initiatives.
Social Media & Community
· Plan and publish content across Meta platforms.
· Support expansion to Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging channels.
· Coordinate User Generated Content (UGC) initiatives.
· Support influencer campaigns and creator partnerships.
· Assist with community engagement activities.
Website & Customer Experience
· Update website content and merchandising elements.
· Maintain product pages and collection pages.
· Support landing page creation.
· Assist the D2C E-commerce Manager in day-to-day website operations.
· Support customer service operations during peak commercial periods.
· Participate in continuous improvement of the online customer experience.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Marketing?, · 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, CRM, digital marketing, or digital operations.· Strong analytical mindset with a commercial orientation.
· Experience working with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools (mandatory).
· Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, or similar e-commerce tools is a strongly recommended.
· Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actions with A/B testing.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Fluent in French (mother tongue) and English (written and spoken).
