About the Position We're seeking a proactive Client Success and Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. You'll bring versatility, a solutions-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills to help our clients thrive with DECIDE4ACTION software. Here's how you'll contribute:

Client Support & Relationship Management

  • Manage and prioritize daily user queries and technical issues via our ticketing system.
  • Report, analyze, and escalate issues to our QA or development teams as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Oversee new user requests for access, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and address technical challenges to find effective solutions.
  • Coordinate Change Requests from initial quotation through invoicing with the Account Manager.
  • Ensure all content updates to user guides are accurate and up to date.
  • Support new project deployments, from installation to configuration, ensuring smooth setup and integration.
  • Work closely with colleagues across France, Canada, and the USA to enhance customer satisfaction and continually improve our products.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with SQL Databases (e.g., data navigation, updates).
  • Foundational network skills (SSL certificates, Windows OS, firewall management).
  • Knowledge of Windows architecture.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with SQL or Oracle databases.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.
