Junior Software Developer

Role purpose: Support the design, development, and maintenance of OpenText Exstream customer communications, helping deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality document outputs across print and digital channels. - Develop and update templates and communication assets using OpenText Exstream. - Assist with requirements analysis, document composition logic, and data mapping. - Configure and maintain batch and on-demand document generation workflows. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes. - Execute unit testing and support QA/UAT; document changes and release notes. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operations to meet delivery timelines. - Follow coding standards, version control practices, and change management processes. - Hands-on exposure to OpenText Exstream (development or configuration). - Understanding of document composition concepts (templates, rules, variables, output formats). - Basic knowledge of data

formats and integration: XML, JSON, CSV, SQL. - Familiarity with SDLC, defect tracking, and testing practices. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear written communication. Nice to have - Experience with CCM/ECM platforms, print stream concepts, or postal/compliance requirements. - Exposure to Git, CI/CD, and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
