ASPOS is the backend system that connects multiple applications: an ERP POS application ("the cash register") with functions for checkout, discount promotions, loyalty programs, inventory management, automatic replenishment, payment services, PDA, BI dashboard, financial exports, webshops, kiosks, and apps. ASPOS is developed in .NET (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, jQuery) and works with databases based on MS SQL. For fast searching and finding, we use Azure Search. ASPOS also connects to external parties such as payment platforms and Spotler. These connections are preferably REST/JSON. New development is done in ASP.NET Core. In the development team, we are making significant strides. We work with Azure DevOps using Continuous Integration, pull requests with a four-eyes principle, with the ultimate goal of Continuous Delivery. As a software developer, you will contribute to maintaining and further developing the above systems. This involves not only meeting customer requests but also leveraging the latest technologies. What do we ask?

We are seeking an independent and professional software developer with excellent knowledge of .NET and MS SQL at a mid-level. Experience with Core, MVC, ASP.NET (Webforms is a plus), complex T-SQL queries, and test-driven development is highly valued. Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps and knowledge of the retail market are also advantageous. We are looking for driven individuals who can quickly translate a problem into a solution. Trust and transparency are essential for Agile working, so collaboration and communication are competencies you possess. We prefer someone with a Bachelor's level of working and thinking.
