Are you a skilled and proactive Senior Business Central Developer looking to take the lead on complex development projects in a fast-growing, international environment? Join our English subsidiary and shape the future of our highly customised ERP landscape. In this pivotal role, you will

  • act as lead developer on new projects and Business-as-Usual (BAU) enhancements
  • take full ownership of Business Central development tasks
  • drive upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS environments
  • support and mentor junior developers
  • play a key role in improving our development processes and workflows You'll be joining a dynamic, collaborative team where your technical expertise and structured way of working will make a real difference. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Experience working with a Microsoft Partner

  • Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades (On-Prem to SaaS)

  • Proficient in using Azure DevOps for version control and structured release processes

  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

  • Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices

  • Ability to handle multiple development streams and priorities Soft skills

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior developers

  • Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work

  • Adaptable and patient - comfortable in a continuously improving environment

  • Fluent communication skills Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Git workflows, pull requests and branch management in Azure DevOps

  • Experience across various Business Central versions
