- act as lead developer on new projects and Business-as-Usual (BAU) enhancements
- take full ownership of Business Central development tasks
- drive upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS environments
- support and mentor junior developers

Requirements

7+ years of experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Experience working with a Microsoft Partner

Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades (On-Prem to SaaS)

Proficient in using Azure DevOps for version control and structured release processes

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices

Ability to handle multiple development streams and priorities Soft skills

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior developers

Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work

Adaptable and patient - comfortable in a continuously improving environment
