Job description
A large UK Business is currently looking for an individual who can drive forward data quality, automation and AI technology within their HR shared services team. This is a fantastic new role for someone that has a genuine interest in data and HR systems to support transformation across the business. Duties will include:

Improving data quality across Workday HRIS

Optimising HR processes

Supporting systems team with HRIS bugs

Working to automate manual HR processes

Developing AI technology within the HR function
To be considered suitable for this HR Business Improvement role you will need the following skills and experience
Requirements
Interest or experience in HR Systems and AI

Data analysis tools such as Power BI / Tableau

Ability to look at and automate system processes

Experience with Workday would be seen as an advantage
Benefits & conditions
Salary up to £45,000 based on experience. Hybrid working (one day a week from home)
