- Familiarity with data tools such as Excel and SQL, gained through study or personal projects. Exposure to a BI or visualisation platform (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is desirable but not essential.
- An understanding of or interest in workforce or operational data, including metrics such as utilisation rates, job throughput, or scheduling efficiency, whether from academic study, a dissertation, or a placement.
