Job description
A national charity is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team on a remote basis. This role will manage and oversee contract delivery for the southern region of the organisation from the midlands down to the south coast. Duties will include:

Ensuring contract and service delivery is taking place as per SLA's (contract analysis / KPI's)

Ensuring staff allocation is effective in each region

Stakeholder management

Analysing and interpreting data against service and financial outcomes

Advising Operations Manager on outputs and improvement areas
-Reporting on and reviewing performance

Ensuring effective processes across delivery

Work with stakeholders to review service delivery
Requirements
Excellent organisational and reporting skills

Strong stakeholder management experience

Proven ability to analyse and interpret data

Understanding of service delivery and measuring effectiveness

Salary up to £36,500 plus 28 days holiday (+ bank holidays)
