Job description
The Systems Analyst will evaluate and improve current business systems, support operational software, analyze data and workflows, and recommend technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while supporting day-to-day operational needs., * Analyze existing business systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency
- Support inventory management, order processing, and reporting systems
- Troubleshoot software and system-related issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with management to implement system upgrades and operational improvements
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate system documentation and procedural guidelines
- Assist with employee training related to systems and software usage
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and technical support teams when necessary
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working in a fast-paced business environment., * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Operations Support, or a related role preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with inventory systems, databases, Microsoft Excel, and reporting platforms
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
