We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Service Management Analyst to support service operations within a regulated enterprise environment. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience who thrives in structured environments and is passionate about process improvement, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration., Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1-3 years of experience in service management, preferably in a regulated or enterprise setting
Familiarity with CAPA processes, change management, and access control
Understanding of validation documentation and audit readiness practices
Strong analytical and reporting skills
