This role will execute high-volume, user-facing content including UI microcopy, notifications, task instructions, and email communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability across onboarding journeys. The designer will play a key role in helping Cisco scale onboarding content across an initial 10-country rollout, with expansion to over 100 countries.

Working closely with the AI Content Strategist, Product Designers, and cross-functional teams, this individual will translate content frameworks into clear, concise, and effective user-facing copy. They will iterate quickly based on feedback and system constraints while ensuring content aligns with tone, voice, and technical limitations. UX Writing & Microcopy (UI text, notifications, task flows): Ability to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly UI copy that guides users through onboarding tasks, notifications, and system interactions with minimal confusion.

High-Volume Content Execution & Iteration Speed: Demonstrated ability to produce and refine large volumes of content quickly while maintaining quality and adapting based on feedback and system constraints.
