Job description

Manage, monitor, and support Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, and storage Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for infrastructure, application, and service-related issues Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions Assist with Azure deployments, configurations, and migrations Maintain system security, access controls, and compliance within Azure environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles Support automation efforts using scripting tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.)

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Azure to support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, resolving technical issues, and optimizing performance across cloud and on-prem environments., Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or cloud operations Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (VMs, Azure AD, networking, storage, etc.) Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages, Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate) Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
