Job description

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Product Designer to join a collaborative product team responsible for designing intuitive, scalable digital experiences for both internal business users and external customers.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex business challenges through user-centered design, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently take ownership of projects from discovery through implementation.

What You'll DoUX Research & Product Discovery

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, workshops, and research activities.
  • Translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Validate concepts through testing, iteration, and customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Product & UX Design

  • Design intuitive workflows, dashboards, enterprise applications, and customer-facing web experiences.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Simplify complex business processes into elegant user experiences.
  • Collaborate throughout the entire product lifecycle-from ideation to implementation.

Design Systems & Visual Design

  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Ensure consistency across products through design standards and documentation.
  • Maintain high standards for accessibility, usability, interaction design, and visual quality.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Leadership, and Business Partners.
  • Present design concepts through compelling storytelling and clear communication.
  • Deliver detailed specifications and support seamless developer handoffs.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.

  • 4-8 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or a related discipline.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and problem-solving.
  • Experience designing enterprise applications, dashboards, workflows, or complex web applications.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and design validation.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and accessibility.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing enterprise software or workflow-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce environments or Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
  • Experience developing and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and incorporating AI into design workflows.
  • Background supporting customer service, utility, energy, SaaS, or similar industries.
