Job Details We are seeking a Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting complex healthcare, public sector, and regulated industry initiatives.

This is a hands-on development role requiring deep OmniStudio expertise, strong Salesforce platform knowledge, and experience leveraging AI-powered development tools in production environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning technical solutions from architecture through deployment while partnering closely with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams., Design, develop, and maintain OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Data Mappers Build scalable solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform best practices Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, APIs, and third-party platforms Support implementations across Salesforce Industry Clouds, including Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Financial Services Cloud Lead code reviews, release management, deployment planning, and CI/CD processes Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices Participate in discovery sessions, solution design workshops, client demos, and technical reviews Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and development standards, OmniScripts FlexCards Integration Procedures DataRaptors Data Mappers OmniStudio-LWC integration patterns

Strong experience with: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL Asynchronous processing Salesforce platform fundamentals

Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture including: Profiles Permission Sets Sharing Models Field-Level Security Named Credentials OAuth JWT

Required AI Experience - This is a core requirement. Candidates must demonstrate daily use of AI-assisted development tools in production environments.

7+ years of Salesforce development experience 4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) experience Current Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or OmniStudio Consultant Certification Experience delivering solutions within Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or Financial Services Cloud Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or DevOps Center Proven ability to deliver successfully within consulting or client-facing environments, U.S. Citizenship Ability to pass federal background investigations Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening No unresolved federal tax delinquencies or disqualifying adjudication factors Willingness to complete fingerprinting and periodic reinvestigations
