Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2 A & AA), ARIA, and assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack)

Robust front-end development expertise (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks such as React or Angular

Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., Deque axe suite) and automated testing approaches AI & Tooling

Familiarity with AI/LLM-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude or similar) and their application in engineering workflows

Experience evaluating and implementing development and testing tools

Ability to recommend a path forward using outcome-based, data-driven insights Leadership & Consulting

Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

Robust consulting, coaching, and enablement skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Data & Analytics

Robust data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus, This role advances accessibility maturity across engineering teams by defining and implementing a modern tooling strategy (e.g., Deque, AI-assisted development), providing hands-on technical expertise, and embedding accessibility best practices across the software development lifecycle. The role also drives measurable reductions in accessibility defects through consulting, enablement, and process improvement.
