Provide excellent customer end user support in a fast-paced and growing business. Provide support on remote data connectivity and unified communications applications for customers local and across the United States. Work in a team environment and assist the customer users in order to support our business and its goals.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Promote a high level of customer satisfaction by answering incoming calls and providing end user customer technical support
70% Remote work from home and 30% customer site dispatch within Wisconsin/Minnesota area.
Advanced network connectivity troubleshooting (VPN, router, switch)
Active Directory management of computers and user accounts, including account modification, password resets, and onboarding/disabling of accounts.
Provide O365 administration for our MSP customers
Advanced computer & server issues/troubleshooting
Printing/scanner issues
4+ years of prior experience
Experience with Windows Server Operating systems. REQUIRED.
Experience with HPE Aruba Network environments. REQUIRED.
Experience with VMware and HyperV server environments. REQUIRED.
Possess strong analytical skills and effective interpersonal and communication skills
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and work under pressure
High level of focus and professionalism
Extreme attention to detail
Follow direction to the letter
Achieve difficult goals in a short time frame, * Do you have experience with HPE Aruba Networking switches?
