DevOps Engineer

• Support, maintain, and enhance a critical RTGS production platform
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across infrastructure and delivery pipelines
• Manage environments and ensure safe and controlled releases into live production
• Lead and coordinate incident management, ensuring minimal disruption to critical services
• Coach and mentor engineers, embedding DevOps best practices
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on end-to-end system design and domain roadmaps
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Provide out-of-hours support in a 24/7 operational environment

• Strong experience supporting production systems (including on-call environments)
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes/OpenShift (on-premise)
• Linux systems administration in high-availability environments
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, integrated with CI/CD tools (eg Jenkins)
• Proven track record of building and improving automation-first DevOps environments
• Experience with observability tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Strong experience with incident management and service recovery
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps principles
