Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Developer / Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and operational excellence of our enterprise integration ecosystem. In this role, you will be a hands-on technical authority responsible for building robust APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4). You will champion the API-led connectivity approach, ensuring that all integrations are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise governance standards. As a Lead, you will also mentor cross-functional delivery teams and act as the primary technical point of contact for complex integration initiatives., Design & Development API Architecture: Design and build high-performance APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4) and RAML/OAS. Data Transformation: Implement complex DataWeave transformations for XML/JSON payloads. Connectivity Patterns: Apply and enforce API-led connectivity patterns (Experience, Process, and System APIs). DevOps & Deployment CI/CD Excellence: Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, and Jenkins. Testing Rigor: Write and maintain comprehensive MUnit test cases, covering functional, negative, and performance testing scenarios. Cloud Operations: Deploy and manage applications across CloudHub and Runtime Fabric (RTF), overseeing capacity sizing and performance tuning.
Governance & Operations Security & Policy: Apply API Manager policies for security, throttling, and logging; ensure all assets are published and maintained in Anypoint Exchange. Platform Support: Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with platform admins on patches and runtime upgrades. Architecture Review: Participate in technical review boards to ensure compliance with enterprise integration standards and best practices.
Leadership (Lead Specific) Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers, enforcing coding standards and high-quality design patterns. Technical Advocacy: Act as the strategic technical point of contact for business units to align integration capabilities with organizational goals.
Requirements
Technical Mastery: oProven hands-on experience with Mule 4 and the Anypoint Platform. oDeep expertise in DataWeave, API design, and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP). oExperience with Runtime Fabric (RTF) and CloudHub deployment models. DevOps Skills: Strong proficiency in CI/CD practices and performance troubleshooting. Certifications: * MuleSoft Certified Developer - Mule 4 (Required). oMuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Integration Architect (Highly Preferred for Lead roles). Attributes: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders and high-complexity projects.
