Salesforce Full Stack Developer

• We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer to support existing custom Salesforce applications and participate in the design, development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of new Salesforce solutions, including the CT-KIND system.
• The selected candidate will work across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with agency teams and system integrators to ensure successful implementation, knowledge transfer, ongoing maintenance, and support of Salesforce applications.
• The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Salesforce development, Apex programming, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Salesforce design patterns with the ability to drive solutions from requirements through implementation., * Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support.
• Support and enhance existing custom Salesforce.com / SFDC applications.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce Pages.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce applications using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Apply Salesforce design patterns and best practices for application development.
• Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, and development activities.
• Develop solutions using SOQL, CRUD operations, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions for application integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and system integrators to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and implementation guides.
• Support knowledge transfer activities and ensure long-term maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
• Strong experience with:
• Salesforce.com (SFDC)
• Salesforce Apex Development
• Lightning Pages / Lightning Components
• Visualforce Pages
• SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
• Salesforce Configuration
• CRUD Operations
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Development best practices
• Experience with Salesforce Design Patterns
• Experience in Full Stack Development
• Ability to work through complete SDLC processes
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Experience integrating Salesforce applications with external systems
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation

• Experience supporting enterprise-level Salesforce applications.
• Experience working with government/public sector Salesforce implementations.
• Experience collaborating with system integrators on large-scale Salesforce projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce application architecture and enterprise development practices.
