BI Lead (Power BI / Tableau

We are seeking an experienced BI Lead with strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau to lead enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in BI development, data modeling, dashboard design, and analytics architecture, along with proven leadership capabilities. This role requires a balance of technical execution and team/stakeholder management., * Lead BI solution design, architecture, and implementation initiatives.

• Develop and optimize Power BI reports, semantic models, and Tableau dashboards.
• Design scalable data models and analytics solutions for enterprise reporting.
• Write and optimize DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance across BI platforms.
• Mentor BI developers and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Work closely with Data Engineering teams to build analytics-ready datasets.
• Drive BI best practices, deployment standards, and self-service analytics adoption.

• 10+ years of BI/Data Analytics experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with Star Schema, Fact & Dimension Modeling, and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Strong understanding of BI architecture, governance, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading BI projects and interacting with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
